Engineers assigned to your work
A dedicated engineer is assigned to your work, not shared across accounts. They join your stand-ups, use your repositories and ticketing tools and answer to your priorities. Over time they build the context that makes them faster and more valuable.
ServiceNow engineers
Most of the engineers we provide work on ServiceNow. Roles include:
- ServiceNow developers. Building and changing workflows, catalog items, portal pages, business rules and scripts, and integrations with other systems.
- ServiceNow administrators. Keeping the platform healthy: user access, data quality, scheduled jobs, performance and routine configuration changes.
- ServiceNow architects. Helping decide how the platform should be structured, how processes fit together and how upgrades should be handled.
- Service management and CMDB specialists. People who understand incident, request, change and problem processes and the configuration data that supports them.
- Integration specialists. People who connect ServiceNow to monitoring, identity, HR and other business systems.
A ServiceNow engineer earns their keep by understanding the customer’s processes, not just the platform’s features. We ask new team members to spend their first days learning how your service desk, your change process and your data actually work.
ServiceNow skills we look for
When we propose a ServiceNow engineer, we look at more than a list of modules. We look for the following:
- ServiceNow scripting and configuration. Comfort with client and server scripts, flows, business rules and update sets, and a habit of documenting changes.
- ServiceNow process understanding. A clear grasp of incident, request, change and problem management, so they can talk to the people who use the platform.
- ServiceNow data sense. An understanding of how CMDB records relate to services and why data quality matters.
- ServiceNow integration experience. Practice connecting ServiceNow to other systems and handling failures gracefully.
- ServiceNow upgrade discipline. Care about customizations and testing, so releases are uneventful.
AI engineers
A smaller group of engineers work on AI:
- AI and machine learning engineers. Building and integrating AI features, including adding AI assistance to existing workflows.
- Data engineers. Preparing, cleaning and moving the data AI features depend on, which is often most of the work.
- AI operations specialists. Monitoring AI features in production, reviewing samples of their output and handling cases where people override them.
We ask AI engineers to write down, for each feature, its purpose, the data it relies on, how it was evaluated and what a human must review.
Salesforce engineers
We also provide Salesforce administrators and developers for CRM workflow, integration and data migration work. This is a smaller part of our bench, and we will tell you early if your need is outside it.
What you can expect
A written role description. Before anyone starts, we agree the role, the tools, the working hours and the expectations.
A proper handover into your team. We support the first weeks so the person becomes productive quickly.
Regular check-ins. Our account lead checks in with you and with the team member to catch small problems early.
Documentation. Team members document what they build, so your knowledge does not depend on one person.
