The logistics, handled
Having someone join your team should not add to your workload. Team management is the part of our service that handles the logistics, so you can concentrate on the work itself.
Onboarding
Before day one. We agree the role, the tools, the access the person will need and who will introduce them to the team.
The first week. We help the new team member learn your processes and systems. For a ServiceNow specialist, that usually means spending time with your service desk, your change process and your platform’s configuration. For an AI engineer, it means learning the data, the decisions the feature supports and the review rules.
The first thirty days. We check in weekly with you and with the team member, and agree what “productive” looks like at each stage.
Coverage
People take leave and fall ill. We plan for coverage so your work does not stop. For roles where continuity matters, such as a ServiceNow administrator supporting a live platform, we agree a backup person who knows enough to step in.
Ongoing support
Our account lead checks in regularly with both sides, looking at workload, morale and how the arrangement is going. We raise concerns early and discuss them openly.
Performance and feedback
We ask for honest feedback. If a team member is not the right fit, tell us and we will act. If they are doing very well, tell us that too.
Working with AI tools responsibly
Where team members use AI tools in their work, we set clear expectations: they remain responsible for checking anything the tool produces, they do not put confidential customer data into tools you have not approved and they follow your own rules.
Replacing a team member
If a person must be replaced, we handle it. We propose a replacement, arrange a handover and cover the transition so knowledge is not lost.
Confidentiality and security
Team members follow your security requirements and any confidentiality agreement we have signed. We work with you on access, so people have what they need and no more.
