You describe the roles, the skills and the working hours you need. We ask about the platform: which ServiceNow modules, which AI tools or which Salesforce clouds. We ask about your team, your tools and your process. We want to understand what a good fit looks like.

Step 2 — Match

We propose people who fit and arrange introductions. We are honest about any gaps between what you asked for and what we can offer, and we would rather adjust the brief than oversell.

Step 3 — Work together

The team joins your process. We support onboarding, check in regularly and hold reviews at agreed points. If something is not working, we adjust.

Regular reviews

At natural points, such as after the first month and at project milestones, we review how the arrangement is going: is the team the right size, are the roles right, is communication working?

Ending well

If an arrangement ends, we plan the handover so your team keeps the knowledge and the documentation.
